ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
Our products are individually handcrafted from predominantly natural and/or reclaimed materials.
Our Vintage Collection is restored and refurbished and our Reclaimed Collection designed and built in our workshop here in Wales.
As our products are handmade from wood and other natural and/or reclaimed materials there will be some variation in size, colour, finish, fabric (for upholstered goods), texture, grain pattern etc. All these naturally occurring features are an integral part of our products and should be expected. As such, please be aware and be prepared to accept these variations. We regret, will not treat any of the above variations as defects as they are natural occurrences.
How do I pay for my item(s)?
Funky Monkey uses PayPal Checkout, however, you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase items. You can pay with a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) by clicking on 'Checkout as a guest' and entering your card details when prompted. You can use your PayPal account if you prefer.
Can I collect my item(s) from you?
On occasion, it may be possible for you to collect your purchase(s) from us. Please get in touch if you would like to make arrangements to do so.
When will my item(s) be shipped?
Small item(s) will usually be shipped next day (Monday to Friday) on a 48 hour service if you are within the UK.
If in stock, larger furniture items will usually be shipped with a courier and will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.
Items from our Reclaimed or Vintage Collections will be shipped via a private delivery service on a 7 working day rota. The driver will contact you in advance of delivery to arrange a convenient day / time.
All shipping prices are given as a best estimate to mainland England and Wales and may vary. Please contact Funky Monkey with your postcode for delivery in order to confirm cost prior to purchase. Likewise, please contact Funky Monkey to obtain a price for shipping multiple pieces together.
Do you DELIVER to Scotland?
For delivery prices to Scotland, Ireland and the rest of the British Isles or for an international shipping quotation, please contact Funky Monkey via email at email@example.com prior to making your purchase.
Can I return my item(s)?
As our Vintage and Reclaimed product ranges are vintage, second hand and bespoke, The Funky Monkey Furniture Company does not offer refunds on these items.
Funky Monkey does their utmost to ensure that all descriptions, specifications and / or photographs reflect the true condition, style and colour of the piece(s). You are welcome to ask questions and / or request further information prior to purchase if you wish.
We regret, will not accept any of the naturally occurring material variations mentioned above as defects.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or you feel the item you have purchased does not meet the description given on the website, please do get in touch immediately (and within 24 hours of delivery) to allow Funky Monkey to resolve the issue.
